Too often, we hear that wanting to be beautiful equals being superficial and falling prey to unimportant values. Believing in this can be harmful, because it makes us overlook the immense power that beauty possesses for healing ourselves and our lives. In fact, beauty is a force of nature. Becoming aware of the natural potential of beauty and using it for our benefit will help us change perspective and start practicing self-care for overcoming Working Mom Exhaustion or Burnout.

I suggest that as long as our BodyMindSoul-Intelligence is still intact, we do not fall prey to Working Mom Exhaustion or Burnout. Or to put it differently: If our BodyMindSoul-Intelligence was still working properly (as in naturally), and if we knew how to act on it, we wouldn’t suffer from complete exhaustion or burnout in the first place.
