In his sermon, Pr. Allan Ng emphasized that true discipleship means fully trusting Jesus, even in areas we think we control. Referencing Luke 5:1-11, he highlighted how Simon Peter obeyed Jesusâ command despite doubts, then humbly fell on his knees, confessing his sinfulness and unworthiness before divine holiness. Yet, Peter not only acknowledged his sins but also received Christâs grace, finding his worth and calling in Him. As disciples of Christ, we are called to follow His example, surrender to His will, and become fishers of men, sharing the gospel.
