  • Most people fail in their weight loss journey's or gain weight back that they've lost because they simply lose momentum.

    A loss happens, a stressful week of work, relationship problems, etc cause them to fall off completely and they abandon all of the habits that were leading to progress.

    This makes it extremely difficult to then "get back on the horse" and start making progress again.

  • If anyone knows me, you know I grew up with a diet full of processed, and easy to over-eat foods - that I still love to this day.

    Unfortunately in order to lose fat, keep it off, and stay healthy, we can't eat those types of foods all of the time.

    BUT, there are some amazing "food swaps" you can make that are similar to your favorite foods, that are much lower in calories, higher in protein, and better for maintaining a healthy bodyweight and keeping you fuller, longer.

  • In this episode I'm sharing an incredible story from one of my past clients Christy.

    Christy lost 35 pounds while working together, & then after years of struggling with infertility & accepting carrying her own child was no longer in the cards for her, she found out she was pregnant.

  • It's true that calories are the most important variable when it comes to whether or not you gain weight or lose weight over time.

    But what if I told you that there are 2 other variables, that as long as you are consistent with, you'll make SOME type of progress with your body composition no matter where your calories end up.

    Now we obviously don't want our calorie intake to be an afterthought, but in the short term. focusing on just these 2 things will help your results tremendously.

  • One of the biggest keys to long term success with weight loss simply comes down to this - continuing to move forward and keep going even when progress feels slow, or even non-existent.

    In this episode I give you the keys on how you can visualize your "future self" and use your "future you" to convince yourself to keep going.

  • One of the biggest struggles I see people face after starting their fat loss or fitness journeys is falling into the trap of comparing their progress to others.

    This can lead to frustration, second guessing whether or not you're on the right path when you actually might be, and eventually either giving up completely or making a drastic change in order to "catch up" to the other person you're comparing yourself to.
