Daryl B. Tolmich is a poet, sage, and Intentional Communication Coach, who has spent the last several years surrendering to the concept of surrendering.

As an author and coach he takes the individual on a journey that “re-collects” language that has been “hijacked” through unconscious emotional charges and sometimes conscious mis-direction. Daryl supports people to reframe the stories that stop them from achieving the Vision for their own lives.

His practice is grounded in the pursuit of curiosity. Through evoking questions, he practices, teaches and models listening deeply, and speaking clearly.

He is committed to creating and holding space for clients to break old paradigms; and claim ownership of our sovereign self within the community we surround ourselves with.

He began in Florissant, MO and successfully moved their office to St. Peters, MO in February 1993 – where Country Financial proudly serves their community. Tim currently has 3 amazing team members: Marissa Dickman, Emilie Weinrich, and Joanna Trevisano.

Tim’s journey has been filled with ups and plateaus, however he and his team are currently filled with ups. He has learned so much about himself and his business in the past 1½ years and attributes part of that growth to “amazing coaching from Tina Paulus-Krause.” One thing Tim knows about himself is he does not have all the answers, which has allowed him to always be looking to improve himself, both personally and professionally.

Tim and his team are always striving to improve themselves so they can assist their clients to achieve financial security, no matter where their clients are starting from. They make sure, from an insurance risk perspective, their clients have the right coverage at the right time. Regarding their financial house, Tim and his team provide financial planning at no cost to their clients, as planning comes first and products will follow to assist their clients’ financial plan.

In closing, Tim and his team assist their clients and protect their assets with the proper insurance products all the while helping those clients in the accumulation phase or those in the distribution phase.

Lisa Kalmin grew up in the 70s as a Jewish American Princess. She loved her bling, her family, and her friends, not in that order. Lisa's life was actually great; MBA, great job, high rise condo. But Lisa knew in her heart there was more to life than happy hours and Neiman Marcus. When she participated in a life changing transformational seminar, everything shifted...forever.

I am Candice Johnson. I knew from an early age that I was different. Always curious about the rationales behind decisions, stumped at why do most people go right when my intuition tells me to go left.

Throughout my 11 year nursing career, I focused on oncology and hospice and education; but, lost faith in the medical system knowing that pharmaceutical medicine was only a quarter of the puzzle. I dove into personal development through the work of transformation in 2019, nervous system regulation teaching, death doula work, and alternative cancer treatment all as my gifts and life's work.

Today I continue serving as a certified Mastery of Transformation coach, death doula, and coaching sales expert. Alongside a dash of singer/songwriter, painter, and poet.
