Philip Mac Cabe is a man of many talents – when he's interested in something, he will absorb every single possible available diode of information about it, and then he'll go on a further deep dive to get some more. He does have his limits, mind you: making sensible decisions when faced with possible burglary, for example, wouldn't be his forte; nor would giving medical advice or offering any form of diagnosis. Impressively, he has never allowed those limitations to stifle his efforts.
