What is the my planet game? It is a game that will tell you a lot about yourself and show you how you think and act. In this video, I will explain to you how the 'my planet game' will help to get to know yourself better.
Differences can make for painful incompatibilities. But differences can also make for healthy compatibilities that lead to all kinds of positive things. When we are suffering as a result of the differences between ourselves and other people, it is tempting to think that if everyone was just like us, there would be no problems in the world. For this reason, it is good to do awareness exercises so that you can clearly see your positives and negatives, strengths and weakness, what you possess and what you lack and also the danger of there being no counter energies to your own character traits, perspectives and values. One of the best exercises for this is a little game I like to play with people called the “My Planet” game. What’s great about this game is that even though it will challenge your ego, it is also really fun to do.

Why The Choose Me Dynamic Can Be Toxic For Relationships Toxic relationships have certain patterns. One of those patterns is the choose me dynamic.
In our formative years, our life experience can put us in a situation (or maybe even into chronic situations) where a person (or the people) in our life does not find a win-win scenario and as a result, chooses between us or our best interests and something else. It’s the child whose dad chooses to move to a different part of the country to be with the new step mom. It’s the child who felt replaced by a younger sibling that was preferred. It’s the child whose dad chooses the needs of his own career rather than to be there for the child when he or she needs him. It’s the child who is put into the middle of a contentious divorce and is expected to choose between mom and dad and thus learns that being chosen is what love is. This type of experience can cause a great deal of trauma. Not only can it cause a great deal of trauma, it can give rise to a dysfunctional association between being chosen and love.

Today, I’m going to explain to you what #enmeshment is and also the common effects that it has on a person’s life.
I want you to imagine a child who is sitting at a high chair. This child is not hungry and pushes the spoon away from his mouth. His mother refuses to #acknowledge that “I’m not hungry” is the #truth for this child and so she gets angry and shoves the spoon in the child’s mouth anyway.

The Orgy Game is a fun and light personality game invented by Teal Swan. Get your friends and/or family together for some fun. Here's how you play the game: If 8 characters (real or fictional) came together for an orgy, and the combination of everyone at that orgy created... you. Which 8 characters would have been there? And where would it have taken place? Have your friends/family put together this list for you and share what they came up with in the comments below this video.

#Ghosting isn’t a new thing; however, it is getting progressively more common in large part because of social media. The more that connection is taking place online or via text and the less mutual social connections two people share, the easier it is and the less consequences there are for pulling a #disappearing act. Because of this, it is practically an epidemic in the modern dating world. And unfortunately, the more it happens (either to us or our friends and family) the more normalized it becomes within society.

As Social Creatures and Social Beings, Rejection is one of the most difficult facets of life that humans can experience. If we are rejected within our social system or relationships it usually indicates unwanted behavior. Often we turn the idea that our own behavior is what needs to change and this can lead to the damaging rejection of ourselves if we feel powerless to change. Perhaps you don't need to change your behavior but your environment?
