  • I denne episoden er tema testing og trening i ballidretter med postdoktor Live S. Luteberget. Live jobber ved Norges idrettshøgskole i Oslo der hun både underviser og forsker. Hennes hovedfelt innenfor forskningen er bl.a. testing og tracking innen for idretten håndball. Innholdet for denne episoden er blant annet hennes doktorgrad «kamp- og treningsanalyser i håndball», og om hvorvidt testing er viktig i topp og breddeidretten. I tillegg snakker vi en del om styrketrening og viktigheten av å trene styrke i ulike ballidretter med tanke på prestasjon og skadeforebygging mm.
