Along the way you'll hear English phrasal verbs, directions, prepositions and more! This lesson is meant to be used for listening practice and I intentionally used certain words for each scene.

I know most of you are familiar with these Saturday English lessons, but for those of you that are new to the channel this is an English class I do every Saturday where you can ask me questions about the English language and I try my best to answer them. I don't always have time to answer all of the questions, but I usually get through a lot of them. Even questions other people ask about the English language can be helpful for you!
From talking to a lot of you I know that learning English can sometimes be fun, but sometimes it can be aggravating and frustrating. As an English learner sometimes you have questions about things you've heard and you can't always find the answers.
This is where I step in and try to help. Using the form that is linked during the lesson you can ask me a question and I'll give the best possible answer I can.
Thanks for watching!
This English lesson is from August 28, 2021.

As an English learner you're probably looking for proven techniques that work when learning English. In this English lesson I'll go over 7 tried and true techniques that are guaranteed to work if you are learning English, but I certainly don't guarantee that you'll enjoy them. Some are boring. Some are hard work. Some are just really challenging.
What they all have in common though is that they've stood the test of time. In this English class I'll talk about: repetition, flashcards, drawing, taking notes, and more!
Each technique, though old, will come with my personal recommendations on how to use the technique well when learning English. In my time as a high school teacher I've seen students use all of these techniques in ways that work well, and also in ways that fail.
In this English lesson I'll share with you the secret of using each technique well!
I hope you enjoy this free English class. Have a great day!
