Growth requires change. When we grow, we change into a different version of ourselves who thinks differently, feels differently.
However often we try to change by taking a lot of action, but our actions are not aligned with our identity and don’t produce the results we want. Those actions prove ineffective because they are in conflict with the identity your brains associate with.

What we think is what we create . All of what you have in your life .. good or bad.. is a manifestation of your thoughts and beliefs. If you think you are bad at making presentations, your brain will prove that right for you.
