Mike nearly died. Kind of. But he's better now. He's looking at life in a whole new light. Kinda. Well I'm glad he's still around coz if he wasn't I'd have to find someone new to chat to every week. That would be a pain in the arse. Enjoy the chat, take care. Love you.

Yo! Conor Creighton is writer, journalist, meditation guru and all round sound chap. He spent much of his childhood in Kildare but legged it as soon as he could, heading for Germany. He's has many the incarnations from nightclub barman to Gonzo style journalist to war correspondent - he's been there, done that, went to the after party. Now with his new book 'This is it' he's trying to get to those hard to reach places - men who don't buy into the self care ethos. He's a great guest and its a great book. Buy it, you'll feel better.
Enjoy the chat. Email the show anytime on [email protected]

Welcome to Episode 75 of the pod folks. It's a slightly serious, sorta, kinda sensitive subject on this Thursday night Friday morning podcast. My friend Mike is Mike Marron and he wanted to share his fertility story. Great to hear it from the mans point of view. A lot of the time we can just presume it's an issue for the women, but it's not. Thanks for sharing Mike.
As always you can email the podcast at [email protected].
Enjoy!

Hello and welcome to episode number 65 with TV presenter, model, teacher, former Irish International basketball player and BLM activist the wonderful Emer O Neill. I must have a good eye for a guest because a few days after we recorded this chat she was on The Late Late show with Ryan Tubridy! Emer is sound, but she is also a force. I loved chatting to her and I hope you enjoy listening!
You email the pod 24/7 at [email protected]

It's Episode 64 and it's me talking to my friend Mike. We got through quite a bit of chat on this one. We talked about Mikes trips to the dump, the Netflix film 'The Dig' and we talked out a well known Irish person...without actually naming them. Can you guess who it is?

Welcome along folks, it's episode 66 of the podcast. We've come a long way baby! Super guest on this one, a certain Donners O Callaghan. If you don't know who he is, he is former Irish rugby international and Ireland and Munster legend turned pundit, radio and television presenter. There's no doubt that he's a driven man and a brilliant sportsperson and now TV personality but he also happens to be one of the nicest people in the world! Really loved talking to him, hope you enjoy listening
