In this blessed holiday season of Thanksgiving - I thought I would do an episode on what does thankfulness and gratefulness mean? Are they both same? What do spiritual texts talk about them?
Intuitively I somehow feel in my heart that thankfulness and gratefulness cannot be the same and surely have some differences!
I invite you to dive with me into the ancient Sanskrit texts to know the meaning and essence of these two words Thankfulness and Gratefulness.
Please share with me your thoughts and comments on this episode. Thank you!

In this episode, we’re exploring the key differences between teaching asana and pranayama. While asana relies on variety, movement, and physical guidance, pranayama is rooted in simplicity, stillness, and vocal instruction. Asana can be energizing and dynamic, whereas pranayama offers a deeper, more introspective experience that leaves both teachers and students feeling calm and centered. If you’ve ever wondered how breathwork compares to movement-based yoga, this episode will give you a fresh perspective.
