Taylor fresh off his 3rd place Redding Trail Shoot finish and then backed it up with another podium finish at his first ever 3D shoot. The conversation goes all over from owning property in Oklahoma and California. He is shooting the new Hoyt Concept X and we go down a rabbit hole of talking about tiller tuning. This week the Boys from Oklahoma sit down with 2 of our 3 Oklahoman Camp Minden ASA Pro/Am Champions. Easton Gregg in the Known 45 division and Hunter Hume in the Adult Barebow division. Both are accomplished archers from very different styles of archery. We talked about the physical conditions and range layouts and what it takes to keep the nerves under control in the big moment. Hunter gives us a look inside how a barebow archer functions at different distances and Easton details what its like to beat Neil every time they shoot together. Pro Mathews Shooter Dane Johnson is coming off a stellar indoor season and kept the winning going through the first ASA this year. He is the winner of the first ever ASA Known Pro class shooting 60 yards. We really love visiting with archers that are semi new to the sport and has dreams to win at the national level. We talked with Brooklyn once before and she told us that the game for her was to step into the unknown yardage ASA. This young lady crushed it her first time out in 2025 ASA Pro/Am in Foley AL. Dylan Hurt is a present team member of the Oklahoma Storm JOAD team. She details a long journey she has been on since she first shot archery with the Trosper Archery group. She will be moving to Texas mid summer so she can attend Texas A&M this fall. If I try to explain her path to making their highly decorated Archery Team I will mess it up. These guys own and operate The Tru Hunting Experience - Deerman The 3d guys. This group has been around since the early 2000. Their way of scoring a 3D target and style of 3D shoot is not what the standard is. But they are trying to reset the standard and you can hear the passion and ownership in this conversation. They are proof that there are many ways to shoot and score 3D animals.

Tim Yohman is out of Central Texas. His journey moving up to the Pro class is what many strive for. Tim explains his approach to learn from and his payback to local archery shop, this was a big stepping stone that allowed him recognition with a bow manufacturer and led to a sponsorship.
