If someone could see your bank statement, would they be able to tell what you actually worship? In this episode of The Stewardship Coach Podcast, I take you back to the pulpit at Eagle's Nest Church for a message called What's In Your Wallet. Jesus once sat down across from the temple offering box and watched people give, and what He said about a poor widow with two small coins will flip everything you think you know about money and faith.
We walk through the Gospel of Mark chapter 12, break down why the widow's fraction of a penny meant more to God than the large gifts of the rich, and unpack four benefits of generous giving that most people never hear taught in church. I also share the personal story of the $500 gift that nearly broke my budget and the God-orchestrated moment that changed how I've given ever since. This is a foundational message on why you cannot be spiritually free while you are still financially bound.

When most people hear the name Lecrae, they think Grammy Awards, hit records, and one of the most recognized voices in Christian hip hop. But on this episode of The Stewardship Coach Podcast, I sit down with Lecrae the businessman, the entrepreneur, and the multimillionaire who has had to steward fame, fortune, and everything that comes with it. We get into how he built companies from nothing, the financial moves that almost cost him, and how he kept his faith and his family intact through it all.
We cover the public backlash that cost him a huge chunk of his income overnight, the four-legged money lesson that shaped him at 16, the difference between a poverty mentality and a prosperity gospel, the investing mistakes that cost him millions, and what it really means to make, manage, and multiply money God's way. If you have ever wrestled with money and faith pulling in opposite directions, this conversation is for you.

Debt can feel like a trap, but it does not have to be your future.
In this episode of The Stewardship Coach Podcast, I share a practical and biblical conversation about getting out of debt, breaking financial bondage, and walking toward real freedom. Debt is more than a financial issue. When too much of your income is obligated to someone else, it can limit your choices, increase stress, and keep you from stewarding your money the way God intended.
Using the powerful story of the widow, her sons, and the jars of oil in 2 Kings 4, I explain how God can take what is already in your hand and use it to create a path forward. We talk about the difference between strategic debt and consumer debt, why many people remain stuck in the cycle, and the practical steps you can begin taking to get out.
If you are tired of credit card balances, living paycheck to paycheck, making minimum payments, or feeling like your finances control your life, this episode is for you.
