  • Most women think perimenopause just happened to them.

    It didn't.

  • Katie came on the podcast this week and said something I haven't stopped thinking about.

    "If you think investing in your health is expensive, get cancer. When you're lying in a hospital bed, you don't care about money. You would pay anything."

    She's 42. Diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia in 2024. Medically induced coma. 10 weeks in hospital. Learned to walk and write her name again from scratch.

    The chemo put her into menopause at 39. Overnight.

    She came out the other side completely hormonally wrecked and like so many of you, found herself drowning in conflicting information about what to do with her body.

    What moved the needle wasn't restriction. Wasn't fasting. Wasn't the 1500 calories and six days of training she used to do.

    It was eating more. More carbs specifically. Lifting three days a week. And having someone help her drown out the noise.

    Today she's stronger than before cancer. Better body composition. Blood work improving every check.

  • Bethany was a nurse doing a PhD, competing in triathlons every fortnight, surviving on 4–6 antihistamines a day, and terrified to eat a sweet potato.

    She thought she was doing everything right.

    She wasn't. And honestly? It's not her fault. No one teaches women this stuff.

    Bethany is 36, lives on an acreage in Australia, and has been in our programme for just over 13 months.

  • The sun has been demonised for decades. Slip, slop, slap. Cover up. Wear SPF. Avoid UV at all costs.

    And yet… skin cancers are still rising. People who've never been in the sun are getting them on the bottoms of their feet, on their backs, in places that see zero sunlight.

    My own family who've avoided the sun their whole lives have all had skin cancers removed. My brother, who never got sun, had stage four sarcoma. And when we got him eating properly, supplementing, changing his lifestyle and yes, getting daily sunlight his body responded brilliantly to chemo. His oncologist said he'd never seen anything like it.

  • A few weeks ago I sat down with Kathleen Stewart and we talked for 3 hours straight. It was so good I split it into three separate 60 minute episodes. This is Part 3 the final one and honestly it might be my favourite.

  • A few weeks ago I sat down with Kathleen Stewart and we talked for 3 hours straight. I loved it so much I couldn't bring myself to cut it down so I've split it into three separate 60 minute episodes instead.

    In Part 1 we dive deep into something really personal to me.

    My brother was told he had 14 months to live. That only 15% of people with this type of cancer survive beyond 5 years.

    Stage 4 sarcoma. A muscle cancer. Lumps appearing all over his body. The oncologist said that this type of cancer doesn’t respond well to chemo but they'd try.

    He was already undereating, drinking, on antidepressants, and living in fear. Genuinely terrified of dying.

    And then at 7 months, his doctor looked at his scans: "I can't see any cancer in your body, we’ve never seen this before."

    Here's what I want you to understand: it wasn't one thing. It was a system. Food first. Enough of it. Liver, oysters, eggs, dairy. Never hungry. Supplements. Sunlight. Movement. Getting off the antidepressants. And the piece most people skip completely, the emotional work. Because every single habit and behaviour traced back to one root cause. A deep, unaddressed fear of dying.

    I'm sitting down with the brilliant Kathleen Stewart: two master's degrees in physics and chemical engineering, mum of two, and one of the most switched on people I know in the bioenergetic space….and we do not hold back.

    We cover Ben's full protocol, why many cancer patients don’t just struggle with the tumor itself.   • For 12 years Rochelle slowly gained weight and felt completely stuck. She knew she wasn’t feeling her best, but there was a deeper problem beneath the surface.

    In her twenties she had struggled with anorexia and bulimia. So every time she thought about losing weight, it brought up the fear of going back to that place again.

  • There are transformations that change your body, and then there are transformations that change your life. Today’s podcast episode is one of those stories.

    Jen came into our world five years ago wanting a training program. What she actually found was herself. Yes, her body changed, dramatically. She recomped, built muscle, lost body fat, healed her digestion, lost pain, and learned how to fuel herself properly. She weighs almost the same as when she started but looks like a completely different woman. But that is not the result that matters most.

    The real result is that she stopped trying to shrink herself to feel worthy. She stopped chasing leanness as a stand in for happiness. She built strength in her body and then found the courage to rebuild her life. She left a marriage that no longer fit who she was becoming. She stayed consistent even when everything around her was falling apart. She learned how to nourish herself physically and emotionally. She softened. Opened. Let herself be supported.

    And now she is radiant. In love. Engaged to the man of her dreams and getting married next year. Confident in her skin. Living a life that actually feels good to wake up to.

    Same woman. Different nervous system. Different identity. Different standards.

    This episode is not about weight loss. It is about what happens when a woman commits to becoming well fed, well trained, and well supported for long enough that her entire life recalibrates.

  • I recorded one of the most heartfelt podcast episodes I have ever done with my beautiful friend Dee.

    Dee helps homeless dogs here in Thailand, and I honestly do not know anyone who gives more of themselves than she does.

    She moved here after losing her parents, feeling broken, and somehow found healing through saving the dogs that nobody else would save.

    The abandoned pier dogs

    The sick puppies

    The injured ones

    The ones dumped, forgotten, and left behind.

    She shows up every single day.

    Over 200 dogs are being fed, treated, sheltered, and loved because of this small team.

    This conversation made me cry, and it will make you see animal rescue in a completely different way.

    She even got me to rescue three from the pier: Mali, Suri and Kia (@iamcraigmcdonald has put a limit of 3 🤣)
