  • Here's one of the classic Unlocked episodes with a very special guest
and apparently a new host. Chloe Chrisley is back in the studio and she makes it very clear that this might actually be her podcast now.

Savannah and Chloe talk about what it’s really like being 13 today, the mean girl moments, middle school drama, navigating identity, and learning how to stand up for yourself when kids cross the line. Chloe opens up about growing up fast, what it felt like when their parents were gone, how she handled kids making fun of her at school, and why she learned not to get her hopes up too quickly when she heard Mom and Dad were coming home.

They also get into adoption, hair, sibling rankings (yes, Savannah asked), dark humor, sourdough overload, and the reality of going from sister to full-time guardian and back again.

It’s funny. It’s unfiltered. It’s a little chaotic. But underneath it all, it’s a conversation about resilience, growing up in the public eye, and the kind of love that doesn’t change even when life does.

  • This week on Unlocked, Savannah sits down with Matt and Scott Thomas of Parmalee for a conversation that goes far beyond the music.

From growing up in a small North Carolina town to spending more than a decade chasing a dream before landing their first No. 1 hit, the brothers open up about the long road to success, the sacrifices their family made along the way, and the moments that nearly changed everything. They share the incredible story behind "Carolina," the second mortgage their mother took out to keep the band going, and why finally making it wasn't just their victory, but their family's too.

The conversation also dives into one of the darkest chapters of Parmalee's journey, when a violent robbery and shooting nearly ended the band's story before it truly began. Matt and Scott reflect on survival, faith, trauma, therapy, and how that experience continues to shape their perspective on life, music, and success today.

Of course, there are plenty of lighter moments too, including the story behind "Take My Name," crashing a fan's wedding, the inspiration for their newest music, and why they're determined to enjoy the ride more than ever after everything they've been through.

This episode is a reminder that sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come after the longest battles, and that the road to success is rarely as simple as it looks from the outside.

  • Chairman Jason Smith’s story is not the one most people expect to hear from one of the most powerful figures in Washington.

Raised in a single wide trailer in rural Missouri, Jason became the first person in his family to graduate from college before eventually becoming Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, the oldest and arguably most influential committee in Congress. In this conversation, he sits down with Savannah to talk about the path that took him from working at Walmart and paying his own way through school to helping shape major legislation that impacts millions of Americans.

Jason breaks down the policies behind the One Big Beautiful Bill, including no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, child tax credits, Trump Investment Accounts, and what he believes these changes mean for working families across the country. He also explains why he spent years traveling the country listening to farmers, small business owners, factory workers, and everyday Americans before putting pen to paper.

Beyond tax policy, the conversation turns to foster care reform, prison reform, health care, AI, energy policy, and the challenges facing the next generation. Jason shares why his upbringing still guides every decision he makes and why he believes public service should always start with the people you represent.

Whether you follow politics closely or just want to understand how decisions in Washington affect your daily life, this is a conversation about opportunity, perseverance, and what it means to never forget where you came from.

  • This week, it's just me.

I wanted to sit down and have a real conversation about where life is right now because there are a lot of changes happening behind the scenes. From my egg retrieval journey and preparing for another round, to signing a book deal with HarperCollins and reimagining the future of Unlocked, this season of life feels both exciting and incredibly vulnerable.

I also open up about something I've been doing a lot of lately: healing. Therapy has challenged me in ways I never expected, forcing me to confront old wounds, take accountability for my own patterns, and learn that growth doesn't happen because time passes. It happens because you're willing to do the work. I share some of the biggest lessons I've learned about trauma, relationships, boundaries, faith, and why healing is a lifelong process.

And yes, we're finally talking about my love life. I've seen all the questions, and I'm explaining why I've chosen to keep this relationship private, the difference between hiding and protecting something you love, and what I've learned about being loved without feeling the need to perform for it.

If you've ever questioned your healing journey, struggled to let go of your past, or wondered if the hard seasons will ever make sense, this conversation is for you. Sometimes the long way really is the better way.

  • This week, Savannah sits down with American Idol winner Trent Harmon for one of the most candid conversations he's ever had publicly.

After winning the final season of American Idol on Fox in 2016, Trent thought he was stepping into the opportunity of a lifetime. Instead, he found himself navigating broken promises, unanswered questions, legal battles, and a music career that looked very different from what he had been led to believe. For the first time, Trent opens up about the fallout that followed his win, why he's spent nearly a decade staying quiet, and what finally made him ready to tell his story.

But this conversation goes far beyond contracts and career setbacks. Trent shares how those experiences impacted his mental health, his relationships, and his faith. He talks about nearly walking away from music altogether, finding purpose through worship, becoming a husband and father, and why success looks completely different to him today than it did when he stood on the Idol stage.

It's a conversation about disappointment, resilience, accountability, faith, and discovering that sometimes the life you were meant to build looks nothing like the one you originally planned.

  • Savannah sits down with author and advocate Shira Boehler for one of her most eye-opening conversations yet. At 43 years old, Shira was healthy, active, a runner, and had never smoked a day in her life when a preventative scan revealed stage one lung cancer. What started as a routine appointment she almost canceled turned into the moment that saved her life.

Shira opens up about the shocking diagnosis, the doctors who initially told her not to worry, and the reality that lung cancer is increasingly affecting young, healthy women who don’t fit the stereotype people associate with the disease. She and Savannah talk about the importance of advocating for yourself, the failures within the healthcare system, and why so many women are being overlooked when it comes to early screening and prevention.

The conversation also gets deeply personal as Shira shares how cancer impacted her marriage, her children, and her faith, all while her husband was working on hostage negotiations overseas. From survivor’s guilt to purpose-driven advocacy, this episode is a powerful reminder that early detection matters and that your voice could save your life.

  • Savannah is back for a solo episode and this one covers everything from headline-making celebrity drama to deeply personal life updates. She shares her honest thoughts on the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni controversy, the fallout surrounding Taylor Frankie Paul, and why she believes reality TV has completely changed over the years. Then things get a little more personal during a listener Q&A. Savannah talks candidly about her egg retrieval journey, the emotional side of fertility treatments, building Good Girl, balancing five different careers, burnout, motherhood, and what she’s finally learned about protecting her peace.

  • Nanny Faye is back on Unlocked and somehow manages to be even more unfiltered than last time.

This week, Savannah and Nanny cover everything from dating apps and “situationships” to TikTok slang, viral moments, marriage advice, and the kind of brutally honest life wisdom only Nanny can deliver. One minute they’re debating whether landlines should still exist, and the next Nanny is explaining why she’d never trust a dating app because “that’s how people get killed.”

They also dive into family stories nobody’s heard before, including secrets Nanny kept for years, Savannah accidentally getting caught with company at her house, and why Papa told Nanny to never touch the lawn mower again. Along the way, Nanny opens up about love, loyalty, grief, aging, staying independent, and what she hopes people remember most about her one day.

It’s hilarious, heartfelt, chaotic, and somehow still full of really good advice.

    And yes
Nanny Faye is officially joining TikTok, and she's reacting to some of the hottest (and weirdest) trends on today's episode!

  • Savannah sits down with Dr. Natalie Crawford, a double board-certified fertility specialist, to talk about what’s really happening when it comes to fertility today and why so many women feel like they’re navigating it without real answers. What starts as a conversation about egg freezing and timing quickly opens into something much deeper, from the emotional weight of infertility to the frustration of feeling dismissed by the medical system.

Dr. Crawford shares both the science and her own personal story, including pregnancy loss and the moment she realized how much women are expected to “wait and see” instead of being given real tools to advocate for their health. Together, they unpack the idea of “failing first” in medicine, why inflammation is at the root of so many fertility challenges, and how everyday choices like sleep, stress, diet, and environmental exposures play a bigger role than most people realize.

They also get into the realities of IVF, the myths we’ve all heard about birth control and fertility, and why this conversation has to include men just as much as women. And for anyone who has ever felt confused, overwhelmed, or alone in this process, this episode is a reminder that you’re not the only one asking these questions.

This is about more than getting pregnant. It’s about understanding your body, advocating for yourself, and having access to information that should have been shared a long time ago.

  • Savannah is back with her dad, Todd Chrisley, for part two, and this time nothing is off limits. No politics, just real conversations that somehow swing from wild internet headlines to what actually matters in life.

They dive into the culture we’re living in right now, what we normalize, what we consume, and why it feels like the line between private and public keeps disappearing. From dating apps and “situationships” to social media oversharing, Todd doesn’t hold back on what he thinks has gone sideways and Savannah isn’t afraid to push back.

But underneath the humor and chaos, this episode gets honest. Todd opens up about how his perspective on success, money, and happiness has completely shifted, what 28 months away from family taught him, and why peace matters more than anything you can buy. The conversation turns deeply personal as they talk about relationships, healing, and the kind of life you actually want to build before bringing someone else into it.

  • This week on Unlocked, Savannah sits down with someone you know very well, her dad, Todd Chrisley.

What starts as their usual back-and-forth quickly turns into something deeper. From Savannah opening up about freezing her eggs and what that decision really means for her future, to Todd stepping into what it looks like to be a father watching his daughter enter the next phase of her life, this episode is layered with honesty, humor, and a whole lot of perspective.

They don’t hold back on the bigger conversations either. From health, food systems, and what we’re putting into our bodies, to politics, division, and the reality of trying to stay grounded in a world that feels louder than ever. They challenge each other, they disagree at times, and they still find their way back to respect and understanding.

At its core, this episode is about family. About growing up, letting go, and figuring out how to stand in your own beliefs while still staying connected to the people you love.

  • This week on Unlocked, Savannah sits down with someone who has been part of her life for years
 her best friend, Chadd Bryant.

For a long time, people have asked what happened between them. Where Chadd went. Why their friendship seemed to disappear. And in this episode, they finally talk about it
honestly, openly, and without trying to make it something it wasn’t.

What they share is a story a lot of people can relate to. A friendship that meant everything, built during some of the hardest seasons of life, that eventually reached a point where both of them needed space. Not because of betrayal or drama, but because of unspoken feelings, emotional overload, and two people trying to survive in their own ways.

They talk about what it looked like to show up for each other during Savannah’s most difficult chapter, the weight Chadd carried behind the scenes, and how their friendship slowly became something neither of them knew how to sustain at the time .

But more than anything, this conversation is about what happens after the pause. What it takes to grow individually, to set boundaries, to heal, and to find your way back to someone in a healthier, more grounded way.

  • In this episode of Unlocked, Savannah sits down with Dr. Christina Rahm for a conversation that goes far beyond surface-level health and wellness. From personal loss and life-altering diagnoses to building a global mission rooted in helping others, Dr. Rahm shares the moments that completely shifted the way she sees the world and her purpose in it.

What unfolds is an honest and sometimes uncomfortable look at the systems we trust with our health. Savannah and Dr. Rahm talk through everything from food quality and environmental toxins to the questions people are often too afraid to ask about medicine, prevention, and personal choice. It’s not about having all the answers. It’s about being willing to question what doesn’t sit right.

Savannah opens up about her own experiences navigating the healthcare system, the pressure to follow the status quo, and the importance of listening to your instincts even when it’s unpopular. Together, they explore how physical health, mental health, and environment are all deeply connected, and why more people are starting to wake up to that reality.

This episode is a reminder that your body isn’t something to ignore or override. It’s something to understand, protect, and advocate for.

  • Savannah sits down with her mom, Julie Chrisley, for one of those conversations that only they can have. It’s honest, a little chaotic, and full of the kind of perspective that only comes from walking through hard seasons together.

They start by clearing the air on recent headlines and what’s actually true when it comes to Savannah’s business, reminding listeners how quickly narratives can get twisted and how important it is to stand firm in your truth.

From there, the conversation opens up into something deeper. They talk about women’s health, the reality of IVF and egg freezing, and why access to care should not feel out of reach for so many women. Julie reflects on her own experiences, while Savannah shares what it looks like to step into this next phase of life with intention, even when it feels overwhelming.

Of course, it wouldn’t be them without a little back and forth. From parenting debates to food choices to generational differences, their dynamic is equal parts love and accountability. But underneath it all is something steady. A relationship that has grown, stretched, and evolved into something stronger than just mother and daughter.

They also get real about what it means to grow up, to redefine family roles, and to meet each other where they are in life now. It’s about learning when to hold on, when to let go, and how to keep showing up for the people you love in a way that actually matters.

And as they look ahead to a new season, new opportunities, and a big unknown chapter on the horizon, one thing is clear. They’re walking into it together.

  • In this episode of Unlocked, Savannah sits down with entrepreneur, speaker, and author Danny Morel for a conversation that goes far deeper than success, money, or status.

From the outside, Danny had everything most people spend their lives chasing. He built a real estate company, created massive success, and checked every box the world says should bring happiness. But internally, something still felt missing. After the loss of his mother, Danny was forced to confront the wounds and patterns he had been carrying since childhood and begin a journey of healing, self discovery, and spiritual awakening.

Danny opens up about the moment his life began to unravel, how people pleasing shaped his relationships, and why many of us build entire lives trying to prove we are “enough.” He and Savannah dive into the ways childhood experiences influence the partners we choose, the stories we tell ourselves, and the patterns we unknowingly repeat.

Savannah also shares parts of her own journey, including how trauma, responsibility, and hyper independence shaped her outlook on relationships and life. Together they talk about healing, forgiveness, learning to soften, and why true transformation only happens when we stop avoiding the pain we’ve been carrying.

This conversation explores what it really means to live from the inside out, how to break cycles that no longer serve you, and why love isn’t about control, but about freedom. If you’ve ever felt like you were doing everything “right” but still searching for peace, this episode might be exactly what you need to hear. • Savannah sits down with therapist, speaker, and author Matt Wade for a conversation that gets real about relationships, trauma, and what it actually takes to heal. Matt has played a personal role in Savannah’s life over the years, helping her navigate some of the hardest seasons she’s faced, so this episode is less like an interview and more like an honest conversation between two people who’ve done the work.

Matt opens up about the moment his own marriage nearly fell apart and the long road it took to rebuild it. What followed was years of therapy, confronting ego, childhood wounds, and the painful realization that healing requires you to face the parts of yourself you’d rather avoid. Savannah shares pieces of her own journey along the way, including the ways trauma and trust can show up in relationships long after the moment that caused them.

They talk about secrets, emotional safety, attachment styles, and why so many couples unknowingly repeat the same patterns in their relationships. Matt also explains how trauma doesn’t just affect one person or one moment in time. It can carry through families and generations if the work isn’t done.

From inner child work and therapy breakthroughs to the importance of repair after conflict, this episode is full of practical insight for anyone trying to build healthier relationships with themselves and the people they love.

    Because healing may be simple
 but it’s rarely easy.

  • This episode of Unlocked is one I didn’t know I needed. Contemporary Christian singer-songwriter Matthew West joins me and what starts with laughing about The Masked Singer somehow turns into one of the most honest conversations about faith, shame, marriage, and what it actually looks like to live what you preach.

We talk about growing up with pressure around faith, feeling like all eyes are on you, and the danger of becoming performative instead of personal. Matthew opens up about being better at talking about God than talking to Him. That one hit me. We talk about grace, about shame, about how easy it is to remember our worst mistakes and forget that God doesn’t keep score the way we do.

We also get into marriage in today’s world, breaking generational cycles, apologizing to your kids when you mess up, and why humility might be one of the most powerful things a parent can model. There’s something really beautiful about hearing a man talk about choosing his wife every day and putting faith at the center of his home.

If you’ve ever questioned where God is in the middle of your hardest seasons
 if you’ve wrestled with shame
if you’re trying to build something healthy after coming from dysfunction
this conversation is for you. And yes, we also talk about his unreleased song that might just save a few marriages.

  • This week on Unlocked, I’m sitting down with Thais Gibson, founder of The Personal Development School and an expert on attachment styles, trauma, and subconscious reprogramming
and let’s just say, I was not prepared for how seen I was about to feel.

We talk about why we are the way we are, how childhood conditioning quietly follows us into adulthood, and the patterns we keep repeating in relationships without even realizing it. Thais breaks down attachment styles in a way that makes so much sense, from anxious to avoidant to fearful avoidant, and how those patterns show up in love, conflict, communication, and even the way we handle success.

We get into radical accountability, core wounds, nervous system regulation, and why healing isn’t about blaming your parents
but it is about taking responsibility for your own growth. I share personal stories about love, overperforming, shutting down, and what it’s like to finally feel safe in a healthy relationship.

If you’ve ever wondered why you push people away, cling too tightly, overreact to small things, or feel like you’re waiting for the other shoe to drop
this conversation will open your eyes.

Healing is possible. But you have to be willing to do the work.

  • This week on Unlocked, is a very special guest
and apparently a new host.
