Welcome to the โMake Time to talkโ podcast.
Iโm hoping to bring some light into the world during 2023 so Iโve created this podcast to try and inspire as many people as possible who are struggling to speak up and seek the help they need.
The guests coming on are talking about their personal struggles and journeys in life. This has proven to be a massive help for my own mental health, I thought I knew a lot about the subject but the more I speak to people, the more I learn.
Topics are wide-ranging and Iโm trying to cover as much as I can across the board for mental health. If youโve got a story and journey to share, then we want to hear it. This is a collective effort and I need your help to start to encourage this conversation.
I hope you enjoy the content from this podcast and donโt forget to make time to talk. -
The Clear Skin For Good Podcast is witty, honest, yet warm & safe space to have honest conversations about what it means to clear your acne when you've tried birth control, antibiotics, cutting out dairy, getting "normal" lab results from your doctor even though you've been trying to clear your skin for years. I'm going to have the honest conversations with you about skincare, food, supplements, hormones, & root causes to acne that no one has told you about.

Welcome to Dentistry Unmasked with Aman Bharti. We will be discussing everything clinical, business but also social. So we'll be really peeling under the layers to get to know our guests in long conversations and trying to understand the wins and the troubles that we have as clinical dentists.
It's a difficult profession, but it's also a very enjoyable profession. One of the other motivations that I have for this podcast, is talking about subjects that people don't really want to talk about, such as social media, such as depression and many more.
Welcome to Dentistry Unmasked. -

These podcasts are recorded by members of Feeling Good UK, a group of therapists and TEAM enthusiasts, who aim to promote the highly effective TEAM-CBT framework of therapy, developed by one of the pioneers of CBT, Dr David Burns. They are intended to be helpful and informative for the general public by exploring various issues and areas of distress that TEAM CBT can help.
