If you’re looking around at all of the problems in our world today and asking “is real change actually possible?” - this podcast is for you.
Creating lasting change is hard. Often problems are complex, and solutions can feel short-sighted or unsustainable. Leaders with good intentions can hurt instead of helping - and communities can stay trapped in cycles that have lasted for generations. But using holistic and sustainable strategy, innovative ideas, and a lot of humility - there are leaders around the world making a difference today.
Change is possible - and on this podcast, you’re going to learn how you can be part of creating it. Each episode, we’ll talk with some of these experienced, innovative leaders - and you’ll learn strategies you can use around the world or in your neighborhood to create lasting change.

The Effecting Our Altruism Podcast is a portal into the lived experience of people committed to doing their best to serve others. Whether inspired by effective altruism or not, our guests confront immense problems with an effectiveness mindset.
The core question of effective altruism isn't owned by anyone. It's an ongoing conversation that may last lifetimes. And the answers do not lie with one person; I believe they come from collective experiences. This podcast is intended as a gathering place of people who are putting their ideals into action. My hope is that listeners from all backgrounds can feel like they are a part of the solution.

We're Eamon & Bec! We’ve cultivated a community of 1M+ on YouTube, created Habit, and most importantly became new parents to Frankie Lee. Our lives have changed immensely in these past few years but through it all, our roots have deepened.
While we've always shown up authentically online, there’s so much more of us that we want to share with our community. Reroot is a safe space where we explore the essence of who we are as individuals. As seekers of community, we hope this podcast continues to be an extension of our mission to foster open, healthy conversations.

For all of human history, we've been trying to figure out what humanity's superpower is. It's clear that we've outpaced every other animal on the planet but how? We're not the biggest, the fastest or the strongest. It turns out our superpower is our social intelligence. We have an amazing capacity to learn from each other.
As kids, we're like little sponges blindly copying culture from the people around us. The cultures into which we were all born evolved to fit very old agricultural environments. Each contains timeless wisdom about human affairs but none of them is ideally suited to navigating the ever-changing environment in which we find ourselves.
So, what do we do? We accept that we are all in unfamiliar territory and that nobody knows what they're doing. In fact, we're all just making it up as we go along. To a certain extent, that's all humanity has ever been doing.
The goal of Mixed Mental Arts is to steal the best cultural software from everywhere and apply the core principle of Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do "Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own." Welcome to the dojo! We're excited to learn from you. -

A little bit of inspiration for your everyday life… welcome to the Bits of Bri Podcast!
Hey loves, I’m your host(ess), Brianna K, also known as Bits of Bri. I’m a wife and mom of two littles (with #3 on the way!) and I’m on a mission to help women all over the world share their story, have more confidence and live their life to the fullest!
This podcast is a place for tips and advice to help your day to day life be that much better, plus motivation to accomplish your goals (big or small)! Along with some of my best kept secrets, I’ll be interviewing a diverse group of women in our community that are empowering others.
Back in 2015, I began sharing my journey as a new mom along with my passion for cleaning and decorating on YouTube. I’ve grown my channel to over 320,000 subscribers, with a multiple six-figure income. I'm able to have more time with my babies, contribute financially to our family, and do it all from my home. I’m here to empower you to follow your dreams and give you tips to do so.
I’m so excited to share this with you! -
