As women we all face (or have faced) some form of insecurity whether it is our bodies, comparing ourselves with others, low self esteem, etc.
In this episode Nadia Kashouh talks about how to embrace our bodies, run your own race, saying yes to ourselves, build foundation, etc. This is a very in depth chat about how to change not only our well-being or mental state but a self examination into ourselves, learning how to put ourselves first, and the impact we have on others as a result of doing.

Moving away from the usual format of my podcast, I decided to invite Physical and Speech Therapist Teresa Moerer, to talk about carer givers.
This group of people from a wide of ages and background have only recently started receiving recognition for the work they do. However, their well being can often be overlooked, caring for others long term can be exhausting.
Teresa offers tips and advice on how to ensure they are given all the support they need from people around them, especially their employers. You may not be a carer but I am sure you will benefit from this interview and can in your own way support those you know who are carers.
As usual please feel free to share this episode.
You can reach Teresa Moerer at www.teresamoerer.com

I had the privilege of chatting to fellow Health coach Tiffany Albury on having a work life balance when working from home.
It turned out to be more of a conversation as opposed to an interview, I hope you benefit from what we both had to say.
Please note our chat took place after the 2nd lock down in the UK, however, the topic is still relevant as a lot of people (including myself) are still working from home.
