Running is the one thing that we all like talking about. Every week on the award winning Women’s Running podcast, we talk all things running, women, health and fitness with our own brand of happy, irreverent chat. Esther and Holly talk through their training highs and lows, and all the bits and pieces in-between. Every so often, we invite an expert to join us to help us figure out the confusing worlds of training, recovery, nutrition, health and more. And sometimes we get to talk to an incredible woman from the world of running, from Anna McNuff to Paula Radcliffe, Susie Chan to Nicky Spinks. So why do we do it? Because we realised that most of the running podcasts we listened to were full of blokes waffling on about quads and cadence (and we realised that we can do that perfectly well ourselves, thank you very much). Right here, we talk about all the things that affect us when we step out the door: sexism, hormones, menopause, food, pelvic floors, relationships, mental health, seagull attacks and wild weeing. But. BUT. We will also talk about races, PBs, shoes, training, starting running, enjoying running, finding the fun. And quads and cadence. This is the Women’s Running podcast, and it’s for women who love to run. Get bonus content on Patreon

Sharing the joy of stand up paddleboarding. Join us for inspiring conversations with dream guests talking about all the health, happiness, friendship, adventure and possibility that SUP brings to our lives. From world endurance record holders to SUP Yoga, SUP with a Pup to SUP Surf, we will hear uplifting stories and fantastic information to help you on your paddleboarding journey. SUP has given our host, Jo Moseley, so much joy, confidence, courage and community since her first lesson in the Lake District in 2016 recovering from a knee injury. She became the first woman to paddle coast to coast across northern England, fundraising and picking up litter, has been in magazines, on the tv, radio and a guest on many podcasts. The film about her journey called Brave Enough - A Journey Home to Joy was launched to critical and audience acclaim in 2021. She has made two short award winning films about paddleboarding and written many articles. Having experienced such happiness and wellbeing, her goal in launching the podcast is to shine a light on the brilliant stories of others in the paddleboarding community and to share valuable ideas with her audience. It is both a thank you letter to everyone who has inspired, welcomed and encouraged her and a love letter to the wonderful sport. At the heart of the podcast is the idea 'We rise by lifting others' and that's what she is here to do - to welcome, encourage and celebrate you in the paddleboarding community. Whether you are dipping your paddle in the water for the first time, want to explore new places or disciplines, or have years of paddleboarding memories, you are in the right place and this is the podcast for you. This is a Welsh language podcast which accompanies the S4C Show, FFIT Cymru. Rae Carpenter's cardio plan is a programme to get you off your sofa and running 5k within 6 weeks. A triathlon magazine type show, looking at how we coach triathlon, interviewing triathletes to explore their racing and training, as well as keeping abreast of the latest triathlon news, done in our straight talking, no jargon style, with over 15 years of coaching experience between us.
We have seen all the trends, fads and new fangled gadgets, and have used nearly all of them. We’ve come to realise that triathlon is really simple; It’s a swim, followed by a bike, followed by a run and together that is triathlon.
Over the course of our episodes, we will break down the mysteries of triathlon training and show you how simple and flexible it can be, so that it really does become part of your lifestyle and not just a hobby.
Each episode will be between 30-40 minutes long, and we are going to break them down in to seasons, with each season focusing on a particular aspect of triathlon.
You’ll get helpful and easy to understand advice, that you can take away and implement into your own training.
We will be releasing our episodes regularly, and these will be available to download, and to subscribed to, for free from your usual podcast location.
We are really excited about this podcast and can’t wait for you to listen and send us your questions.
See you soon.
