Last month I had the amazing opportunity to speak at Ken Joslinâs CREATE Conference about how to become the healthiest version of yourself amidst the chaos of life.
The conference was filled with people who are hungry to grow in all areas of life - their health, faith, finances, career, and relationships. I was honored to be the expert guest speaker in the health area of life.
And I wanted to share my speech with yâall as episode #600 of The Best You Podcast.
I thought this would be a special way for me to pay tribute to yâall - the listeners of The Best You Podcast - the Best You community.
I started this podcast back in October of 2018 and have since released at least 1 episode and usually 2 episodes every single week.

How can you make sure your hormone levels are where they should be?
Today youâre going to learn from the Food Freedom and Fertility expert Lindsey Lusson about what damages female hormone health, how to eat to regain your period, the dangers of undereating, the role fat plays in our hormone health and more!
Lindsey is a Registered Dietitian, momma, Christian wife, and food freedom enthusiast. She didnât always have such a free and positive relationship with food, but her experiences have allowed her to connect with and support others in a very real way.
Lindsey has studied nutrition and exercise for 15 years and is well aware of what under-eating can do to your health and hormones. For over a decade, she didnât have a natural period. When she and her husband wanted to begin trying for a baby, she felt lost with no direction on how to get pregnant.
By the grace of God, she found a book about Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA). She decided to stop all exercise and eat much more. In less than a month, she got her period back! Three months later, she got pregnant naturally despite being told she would need fertility treatment to start a family.
