The first is Washington’s unequivocal greenlight to use US made weapons, and other western equipment, to strike Russian troops staging along its borders — especially those near the Kharkiv Oblast. Tinatin Japaridze specializes in the geopolitics and security of Eurasia, with a particular focus on the Russia-Ukraine war.
