And what the hell is “Skibidi toilet”?!Actress, comedian, and renowned singer, Maya Dagan, made another appearance on the show (we missed her, why do you care). An appearance that turned into a therapy session with Dr. Hason and Prof. Sponder. Because she was nice, we treated her with a vocal development lesson - on the house. And as for the teacher? You may not know him, but the Iranians sure sure do! Itay Benda pulled up from LA, and brought plenty of surprises.

השחקנית, הקומיקאית והזמרת הענקית מיה דגן חזרה אלינו לאולפן (התגעגענו, מה אכפת לכם) לטיפול תרפי אצל ד״ר חסון ופרופסור ספונדר. ובגלל שהיא הייתה נחמדה - פינקנו אותה גם בשיעור פיתוח קול על חשבון הבית. ומי המורה? גם אם אתם לא מכירים אותו, תהיו בטוחים שהאיראנים מכירים! איתי בן-דוד קפץ מ L.A והוא הכין לנו הרבה הפתעות!

We also had the pleasure of welcoming Sivan Talmor back to the podcast - and it’s becoming difficult to see her as just some “guest”.

Shahar is away so we found another comedian, Nadav Abuksis, to take his place. Speaking of guests, we welcomed former Judoka and olympic medalist, Ori Sasson, to talk about olympic experiences in Rio and Tokio, and about how it all began.Last but not least, we were joined by promising young singer Shira Zloof (!) who played us two awesome covers that blew everyone away.

והיום: לראשונה אצלנו באולפן - מהדורת החדשות מפי יוחאי ספונדר, על התקיפה מתימן, חיסולו של מוחמד דף, ההתנקשות בטראמפ והמגיש האורח שהוקפץ למלא את מקומו של שחר שבצילומים - הקומיקאי נדב אבקסיס!
בגזרת האורחים באולפן אירחנו את המדליסט האולימפי, ג'ודוקא העבר אורי ששון - על חוויות מהאולימפיאדות בריו וטוקיו (והאם יש בזה כסף?), על זוגיות ועל איך הכל התחיל בכלל (בעקבות אחיו).
לקינוח, הצטרפה אלינו הזמרת הצעירה והמבטיחה שירה זלוף (!) שתבצע שני קאברים שיפילו את יוחאי, נדב ואורי מהכיסאות (ולא, זה לא בגלל הנגנים החתיכים שבאו איתה)

In today's show: Actor and IDF special-ops-officer (Sayeret Matkal) Yadin Gellman pulled up to the studio. We spoke about the heroic battle in Kibbutz Be'eri on the 7th of October, during which Yadin was seriously injured. In addition, he highlighted his long rehabilitation process, and his partner, Adva Dadon's brave decision to transfer him to a different hospital - ultimately saving his life. Shahar revealed some amusing weaponry experiences from military basic training, and the team discusses the how unprofitable it is to import military-grade helmets from the US...?Finally, after his sensational appearance in our last episode, Liad Broyde returned for an amazing cover of a little-known singer who goes by the name of Shlomo Artzi.

והיום: השחקן והקצין הלוחם (סיירת מטכ"ל) ידין גלמן נחת אצלנו באולפן. נדבר על הקרב ב-7 באוקטובר בקיבוץ בארי בו נפצע קשה, ההשתקמות הארוכה ועל האומץ של בת זוגו אדוה דדון שבחרה להעביר אותו בית חולים וכך הצילה את חייו. נדבר גם על חוויות נשק מהטירונות של שחר חסון ולמה לא שווה לייבא קסדות טקטיות מארה"ב?
לסיום, אחרי ההצלחה המסחררת שלו בפרק הקודם, החלטנו ללכת על בטוח והחזרנו לאולפן (והפעם גם לא הרשנו לו לצאת!) את המוזיקאי ליעד ברוידא לביצוע מדהים של זמר אנונימי העונה לשם "שלמה ארצי". האזנה מועילה! -

We spoke about investments, percentages, and “Dancing With Stars” - until Shahar and Sponder took advantage of the situation and asked Yasmin to invest in the podcast. Did we close the deal? That being so, comedians Yonatan Barak and Noa Manor, who just so happen to live together and share two kids, joined us for a special episode with Sponder. We reminisced about experiences from Barcelona (and the steak Sponder ate while vegan), planned a wrestling match for the title of “Comedy World Champion”, talked about Didi Harari, and asked tough questions such as - how many people are there in Yonatan Barak’s head? Why did Sponder lock the team in the studio? Why is advocacy (“Hasbara”) important? How the hell is Keren Peles related to the Iranian president’s helicopter crash??!

Today: Miri Mesika managed to clear two hours off her busy schedule to come to our studio, but didn’t just settle for any regular visit - she asked our team to fulfill a long-time dream of hers. What kind of dream? A dreamy redhead with a British accent - the kind that doesn’t let antisemites off the hook (and even had one locked up). So, because you just can’t say no to Miri Mesika and her dreams, we also welcomed the screenwriter and 'hasbara' hero, Lee Kern (Borat 2)! We talked about Seder night, Israeli history and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict (turns out Miri really knows her stuff), then heard about the radical changes that took over the UK these last few months.
As if that’s not enough - we’ll finish the episode with a couple of hits by Miri which we all know and love, including a special debut (!!!) of her new song, written in honour of all who lost their lives at the Nova festival.

אז בגלל שאי אפשר לסרב למירי מסיקה, הגשמנו לה את החלום והצלחנו לגייס אלינו גם את התסריטאי ולוחם ההסברה לי קרן (״בוראט 2״)!
נדבר על חוויות מליל הסדר, ההיסטוריה של מדינת ישראל והסכסוך הישראלי פלסטיני (נגלה לכם שמירי אכן בקיאה בחומר) ונשמע קצת על השינוי הקיצוני שבריטניה עוברת בחודשים האחרונים.
ואם זה לא מספיק - נסיים עם שני להיטים מטורפים של מירי שכולנו מכירים, ועוד ביצוע מרגש בטרום בכורה (!!!) לשיר החדש לזכר הנופלים ממסיבת הנובה.

Having arrived back from a successful tour in Australia, Hason and Sponder packed their bags and landed right back in the studio, to share their experiences from shows, the people they met, and the trip itself.
An hour and four minutes of Shachar and Yochai alone, though, could be kind of tiring. We brainstormed potential guests when a gift fell upon us in the form of rapper Ron Nesher. We spoke of career hardships, the desire for fame, the difference between being a standup comedian and a rapper, and family (with an exciting scoop). Furthemore, what’s the deal with Kanye West? We spoke about Lucy’s childhood in Dimona, her work as a famous Muslim-Israeli Journalist during war-time, and enjoyed a Hebrew-Arabic-English lesson.
Elon Gold spoke about working with some of the most successful comedians in the world, and how to properly do “Hasbara” (PR for Israel during a time of mass hate). He also blessed us with a hysterical imitation of Donald Trump.

Today: Renowned comedian Noa Manor (also Yonatan Barak’s wife, but never referred to as Noa Manor Barak), made a guest appearance on the podcast, in which we spoke about last names, feminism, and her unapologetic standup comedy(the funniest kind), which redefined the term “Politically correct”.
Meanwhile, Shahar was late (suprisingly) after searching for parking for 45 minutes. He was soaked from the rain upon arrival, and recieved a sock-donation from the soldiers on the set.
