If you identify as a perfectionist, chances are youâre falling victim to all-or-nothing thinking often. Join me on this episode to learn examples of how all-or-nothing thinking may be showing up in your life and what happens when you habitually indulge in it. Iâm showing you how to begin identifying where all-or-nothing thinking comes up for you, what the opposite of all-or-nothing thinking looks like, and the long-term benefits youâll experience when you stop this cycle.
