let's face it... anxiety is REAL but it doesn't have to RULE your life anymore! In today's episode, I share part of my testimony and how I was diagnosed with chronic anxiety, depression and struggled big time with isolating myself while living in Miami & NYC which turned into some gnarly social anxiety struggles.
