Normalerweise erzählen wir Geschichten von Menschen, die wir nicht kennen. Diesmal machen wir es anders. Wir erzählen EURE Geschichten, aus eurer Perspektive. Welche zwei Fälle uns ganz besonders berührt haben, das erfahrt ihr in der neuen Folge von „Mordlust - Verbrechen und ihre Hintergründe“.
Es klingelt schon zum wiederholten Mal. ‘Das kann eigentlich nur Dominik sein’, denke ich mir und öffne die Tür. Doch es ist nicht mein Mitbewohner, der da steht, sondern ein fremder Mann, der schwer atmet. Er fragt mich nach Wasser. Ich will helfen. Daher schubse ich die Wohnungstür zu und gehe ins Badezimmer, um eine Flasche mit Wasser zu füllen. Dabei merke ich, dass die Tür hinter mir gar nicht ins Schloss fällt und plötzlich höre ich Schritte im Flur.
“Wenn morgen die Polizei vor unserer Tür steht, weil du dich tot gesoffen hast, dann erweise ich dir nicht die Ehre auf deiner Beerdigung zu erscheinen!” brülle ich den Mann an, den ich nur noch erbärmlich finde. Statt ein guter Vater zu sein hat er mein Leben lang lieber zur Flasche gegriffen. Tiefer kann der nicht sinken, dachte ich zumindest immer - bis mir meine Schwester eines Tages sagt, dass Mama gerade mit Papa auf dem Revier ist, weil er jemanden umgebracht hat.
Neue Gesetzesentscheidungen im Bezug zur Sterbehilfe, ungewöhnliche Post für die Mutter eines Opfers und ein Urteil im Fall des Love-Parade-Prozesses: Paulina und Laura nutzen die letzten Folge dieses Jahres, um euch in alten Fällen auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen. Außerdem hat Laura schon wieder ein Verbrechen beobachtet - zumindest dachte sie das für einen kurzen Moment.

Für die einen ist sie süß, für die anderen wird sie kalt serviert - Rachegedanken sind an sich ganz normal, aber was passiert, wenn man sie in die Tat umsetzt und aus Vergeltung ein Verbrechen wird? Das erfahrt ihr in der neuen Folge von „Mordlust - Verbrechen und ihre Hintergründe“.
Die Familie steht für Kemal an allererster Stelle. Deshalb hat er das Gefühl seine Angehörigen beschützen zu müssen. Als sein Vater ihn dann während eines Urlaubs anruft und ihm erzählt, dass seine Schwester Amira vergewaltigt wurde, bricht für ihn eine Welt zusammen. Nach dem Schock kommt die Wut und mit der Wut die Rachegedanken, die Kemal schon bald in die Tat umsetzen will.
Kalinka ist kerngesund, jung und munter - und plötzlich über Nacht tot. Für Vater André eigentlich nicht vorstellbar - eigentlich sollte sie nur die Ferien bei ihrer Mutter und ihrem neuen Mann am Bodensee verbringen und danach zurück zu ihm nach Frankreich kommen. André ist sich sicher: Kalinkas Stiefvater hat etwas damit zu tun. André macht seiner Tochter am Grab ein Versprechen - um das zu halten, muss er das Gesetz brechen.
In dieser Folge diskutieren Paulina und Laura darüber ob es auch richtig sein kann das Gesetz zu brechen, warum es zu Selbstjustiz kommt und wie deutsche Gerichte damit umgehen. Außerdem wollen sie wissen wie viel Rachsucht in ihnen steckt und erzählen von einem “heftigen” Typen, der auf ungewöhnliche Weise Gerechtigkeit herstellen will.

Statistisch gesehen sitzen in jeder deutschen Schulklasse ein bis zwei Kinder, die Opfer sexualisierter Gewalt geworden sind, jährlich werden weltweit Milliarden Euro mit Kinderpornografie umgesetzt und viele Fälle werden gar nicht erst entdeckt - und trotzdem ist es immer noch Tabuthema. Das wollen wir ändern - in der neuen Folge von „Mordlust - Verbrechen und ihre Hintergründe“.
Der siebenjährige Niklas hat kein liebevolles Zuhause - sein Vater ist vor Jahren an einer Überdosis verstorben und seine Mutter liegt lieber auf der Couch als sich um ihn zu kümmern. Mit ihr lebt Niklas gemeinsam in einer kleinen, dunklen und verwahrlosten Wohnung, in der überall Müll und leere Flaschen rumliegen. Doch Niklas Leben ist noch nicht am Tiefpunkt angekommen - denn seine Mutter hat einen neuen Freund, der ihn schon bald nach dem ersten Treffen das erste Mal anfasst.
Nur wenige Täter und Täterinnen sind ihrem Opfer wirklich fremd, denn die meisten stammen aus dem nahen Umfeld. Oft wollen Familienmitglieder nicht wahrhaben, wenn sexualisierte Gewalt in den eigenen vier Wänden passiert. Paulina erzählt euch hier aus drei verschiedenen Perspektiven drei unterschiedliche Geschichten - Opfer, Familienmitglied, Täter - und wie ihr Leben nach dem Missbrauch weitergeht.
Wie geht unser Rechtssystem mit sexualisierter Gewalt gegen Kinder um und was muss sich daran ändern? Paulina und Laura sprechen mit zwei Fachleuten und gehen der Frage nach wie man den Opfern helfen kann. Außerdem regen sie sich über Menschen auf, die Kinderfotos ins Netz stellen, die man eigentlich im Familienalbum lassen sollte.
