There's a reason why the word 'Quest' is in 'Question.' If you want to live a great quest, live with great questions."
A question is not something that is seeking to get something we donât already have. From the Emergence model, the question is something thatâs trying to emerge. Every question is answered. As the principle says, âAsk, and you shall receive.â
Itâs not just the good questions, or the helpful questions, or the âpositiveâ questions, but every question. Itâs not personal, itâs principle. Every question is answered. If you ask, âWhy doesnât anything work for me?â Youâll get an answer. The answer will be plugging you back into all the reasons things donât work for you, and bringing up a lot of new discoveries of why things donât work for you.
Thatâs why things donât work for me. You plug into the database of all of these patterns, but it doesnât necessarily bring you any close to having things work for you better, because thatâs not the question you asked. You didnât ask, âHow can things get better?â You asked, âWhy donât things work?â You get it?
The key principle here is ask the questions the answer of which is the actual result you want.
In other words, if you want more abundance, you donât ask, âWhy am I always broke?â Right? Why is the economy so bad? Why canât I find a job? No, because youâll get a whole litany of answers for why. Youâll see later itâs not just answers youâre going to get in the sense of just ideas in your head.

So no matter where youâve been planted, what side of the tracks, no matter how much sun is out or how many clouds are blocking the light, you have the power through self-effulgence to turn on the light, to fertilize and cultivate the soil of your soul and create the right and ripe conditions for that destiny of greatness, that seed of infinite potential to emerge in your business, in your family, in every area of your life.

Create your compelling vision not just for life but for the coming 12 months wherever that falls for you right now.
There is a Chinese saying when is the best time to plant a tree? 30 years ago - And when is the next best time? Now!
Wherever you are in your journey it doesn't matter what ever time of the year it is doesn't matter. The date is arbitrary the right time to create your compelling vision for next 12 months 12 days 12 hours is always NOW. It's always the right time to tap back in.
There is always something seeking to emerge, there is always a larger version of you seeking to emerge, more life more light, peace, love, joy, beauty abundance, harmony.
All that makes life wonderful and good is infinite and exhaustible and uniquely patterned as you. And it's always unfolding, always knocking at the door of your consciousness saying 'Let Me Out'.
The more and more we are willing to live on that emerging edge of newness the more we will find our life continually renewed and restored. In fact the only place that real security exists is on that emerging edge, the emerging impulse, that evolutionary impulse.

The Myth of Believing and the Secret to Achieving. This is somewhat provocative and maybe even a little shocking for some of you. Particularly if you are immersed in the self-help, in spiritual agility, and the whole field of changing our thoughts and our beliefs in order to create the life of our dreams.
You see, while there is truth-the power of your thoughts. The importance of mindset. These are all very, very important elements. But in fact, itâs become in a way a disease where the idea that we have to feel it, to do it, to believe it. We have to believe it to achieve it. We have to feel confident to do it. It has created in many individuals this waiting period.
We are not going for our life. We are not living our life. We are not doing the thing we most want to do in creating and being because we are waiting.
We are waiting to believe it.
We are waiting to feel it.
We are waiting to have the confidence.
We are waiting for it not be scary and we checking in, with our beliefs. I'm I there yet?
We are contemplating our navel instead of getting out there where the action is and going forward. This is really becomes a problem that I see more and more. Where individuals are waiting.
Remember from the Emergence model. Whatever you are waiting for you are waiting with. Whatever is missing is what you are not giving. Where you are not generating your divine power plan.
A power plan doesn't receive energy it generates it. You are waiting for amuse to knock. You are waiting for inspirations. As if itâs going to come knock at your door, but instead of understanding itâs the inspiration is in you.
YOU have to act like an inspired person and you will activate inspiration.
YOU have to act like a confident person and you activate confidence because itâs ALL IN YOU.
YOU see the truth is itâs already done. Itâs already happening.
What you need to do is to become in alignment with that which already is happening.

This episode is really a transmission that's been moving through me now for months. It's part of a series of talks that I've been giving that are calling for an entire up-leveling of our fortitude and our resilience, and our stamina, and our courage to do whatever it takes.
Whatever it takes to get the results that we truly want to get. Not just results in terms of materialistic elements in the world but also internal results. If we want to have a deeper connection with peace and want to grow our sense of peace or our sense of love. That's a very, very difficult path to really embody unconditional divine love. That is for the faint of heart. As Emerson said, "God will not do his work through cowards".
And so it takes a mighty level of strength and courage and stamina to be a person of true unconditional love. To be a person of compassion. A person of patience.

Today weâre talking about and answering the question how do I choose which way to go? In terms of should I do this? Should I do that? How do I stop just trying to figure things out and actually choose a path, choose a lane, choose a direction?
This is one of the most common challenges and struggles with entrepreneurial creative types, especially if you have that unique design of the Renaissance type of person, because thereâs so many possible ideas, so many things that you want to do, and so many possibilities, and primarily it also comes from some unconscious, or maybe conscious, false assumptions and fears, such as I need to know for sure that the choice I make is going to be the right one, and you may not be aware, but often thatâs really whatâs underlying your fear, or your procrastination, or your hesitation to just make a choice, to just commit and go for it.

When we understand that life is emergent, that life is not happening to us, but itâs happening through us and as us, that whateverâs missing is what weâre not giving, that if we want more to come into our life we have to let more life come out of us, or as the poet Browning said, âWe must find a way to release this imprisoned splendor.â

Itâs just great to be with you again in episode to help you take things to a whole new level. To master the principle of emergence in every area of your life.
What we will be talking about today is âAll of Your Tomorrows Are Part of God's Today.â How to access your future NOW. This is no small thing.
They're not absolute realities. Time and space is like the canvass upon which we paint our perception of eternity of infinity. There's perfection which is infinity, mortal, eternal. There is perception which is our awareness of it. That little sliver of our awareness and then there is projection, which is the manifestation of our perception.
The way we paint on that canvass of time and space. And then there's protection which is the frame we put around it and call reality. But itâs not. Itâs just a painting or a photograph if you want to use that analogy, thinking of the photos, the film, and the camera shutter. It open ups for a split second. Captures a little bit of light. A little bit of the landscape. That's perception. The light and the landscape is the infinite perfection. And then it projects it on the film strip, which becomes the photo. That's the projection. And then we print it out or whatever. Put a frame hang it on the wall and that's protection. And we look at that and say "That's such and such a person or such and such a landscape." Well no, itâs actually not. Itâs a picture of that. But if you can imagine we have a gallery of paintings or pictures and we just live in that gallery and eventually forgot it was a gallery. Forgot it was just pictures and photos. We'll be lost in time and space or lost in the gallery of our concepts and pictures of reality. And that's really what happens.
That's really the very definition of being merely a human being.

Yes, you do have an awesome purpose, and you do have unlimited potential. Weâre talking about today the Five Step Potential Activator, and this is a really powerful thing. We hear all kinds of things about potential, but one thing to really understand is that your problems are potential activators. Thatâs actually why theyâre there. Understand that your potential always trumps your problems. Your potential is always, but only always, bigger than your problems.
Just think about that for a moment. Whatever problem you face, whatever problem, your potential is bigger than that. Whether itâs mental, emotional, physical, relational, financial, your potential is bigger. Your potential is bigger. Indeed, your true nature is an infinite individualized expression of life itself, all the power, all the presence, all the substance, all the wisdom, all the genius, all of the whole of the cosmos uniquely individualized, uniquely knowing and expressing itself. Thatâs what you are.

Weâre going to talk about today, is how you begin to unpack that conscious offering in the world, how you begin to decode what I call your Messenger Matrix and YOUR Soul Signature Offer that really resonates with you, that resonates with your tribe. It becomes like a homing beacon that attracts the people youâre meant to serve and attracts you to them, and how part of that is what I call the Six Ps of your platform that you need to create to maximize your leverage and your impact and your accelerated success, as well as the sacred support structures that will make you unstoppable ultimately.
This is for people that maybe are struggling. Maybe youâve already got some momentum, or maybe youâre struggling and donât have the momentum yet, but youâre ready to stop getting read and start playing full out. Youâre ready to stop coming up with all the reasons and excuses why you canât and figure out how you can, because, like I said, I want to help build a community of people that are doing the work, that are saying yes to their yes, that are living their vision, that are out there where the action is, all systems go.

You see, weâve all had really interesting lives with twists and turns and challenges and struggles, and what we would call core wounds, which are really core initiations, and the whole story has been designed to develop us into the person weâre meant to be to deliver the gifts weâre meant to deliver. As we take a deep dive into unconditional living, how to be joyful, successful, and free all the time. Now this is a bold promise and premise, but itâs really the way we were designed to live, and itâs something thatâs been unfolding and emerging for me over time, and the thing about it is, weâve heard about unconditional loving, and that basically means to love someone without conditions. It also means to love them regardless of conditions. So they donât have to earn your love, and they can never lose your love, because your love is independent of any criteria or agenda or conditions. Thatâs unconditional love. Another word for that is agape love. It is the love of God, Divine. That is the truest nature of love, and that is the true nature of life, and that is our true nature.
What we donât often think about is the rest of the qualities of our being, the rest of the qualities of life: peace, joy, radiant gratitude, celebration, freedom, fulfillment, all of these other qualities. The same principle applies that all of these qualities: love, peace, joy, beauty, abundance, freedom, gratitude, celebration, generosity, service, support, all of these qualities are meant to be, and are ultimately as unconditional as agape love.

Thereâs so many angles that I can come at this from, but really meditation carries a lot of baggage for a lot of people, and itâs also something that more and more is becoming as normal as going to the gym. It used to be a time when you had to talk about meditation in hushed tones. What are you doing this weekend? Iâm going to a meditation retreat. Itâs like, what? Youâre going to be silent? Youâre going to go crazy. It used to be very unusual to know meditators, and especially in business and academia, but now everybody from rock stars to celebrities to hedge fund guys running big multibillion dollar hedge funds are all meditators.
Theyâre doing it for a variety of different reasons: health, mental clarity, focus, spirituality. Ultimately, the meditation is the most powerful, one of the most powerful technologies for connecting with what is true, what is real, and the basic reason is because your mind is a set of programs and a swirl of thoughts and filters and concepts and perceptions, and all of it is the content of your consciousness. Itâs content.

Todayâs episode is about what it really takes to create the best year of your life. First of all, what it really takes? Not what you think it takes, not what they tell you it takes, but what it really takes.
The best year of your life is a completely subjective thing. What is best? What is best? Now, from your ego standpoint, it has one idea. From your soul standpoint, it has a very different idea. As the old saying goes, âA bad day for the ego is a good day for the soulâ. Itâs really important we acknowledge this because weâve been conditioned to what is success, what is best, what is good, what is right, what should be, and what shouldnât be; but most of that that weâve been conditioned into from the world, the truth is often opposite.
From the world standard, the best year would be a year free of pain, free of most challenges, free of lack and limitation and struggle. For most human consciousness, the best year would be greater wealth, greater success, greater health, greater relationships, improvement of our human experience. Thatâs what most peopleâand then again, itâs relative if youâre living in Syria and trying to get out the best year of your life would be to find a country that would be willing to take you in, so finding a safe place to live. If youâre on the street, itâll be finding shelter.
So itâs always relative to where we are.

Life is friendly and all of life is conspiring for your highest good, and here this title says Life doesnât care what you want or don't want and then it says, it cares about this . . .
So itâs true. Life doesn't care what you want or don't want. Life doesn't actually know that you want or don't want. Life is not binary. Life experience is filled with duality - want, don't want, craving and aversion as Buddha taught.
In fact the whole cornerstone of Buddhist teaching was the dissolving of that pattern of craving and aversion, which is the wanting and the not wanting, the incessant drive to get or get rid of in order to be free, with the understanding that the desire to want or not want actually is, the core source of the false self and all of the resistance and all of the suffering.
And when that mechanism dissolves, when you no longer want or don't want, what is underneath it is the great 'isness,' is life itself, is wholeness itself, harmony itself, freedom itself, fulfillment itself, naturally expressing and naturally occurring.

Youâre in the right place if you find yourself generally challenged to start and really move in the direction of your big endeavors, your big vision, even if you know what you want but to follow through on them once you start, and to actually complete them.
To make a choice or a decision, means to cut away from, versus to be perpetually sitting on your psychological emotional fence because youâre afraid that "What if the grasses are greener on the other side?", "What if Iâm making the wrong decision?", "What if it doesnât work out?" All of which the ego is tricking us to believe or actually giving us good reasonable excuses for not taking action, for not making a decision; BUT theyâre not actually, because the truth is you can never ultimately know whatâs right except in hindsight.
Now, you can develop intuition to know what's the right true move, regardless of outcomes and conditions; but, you donât develop that until you start acting. Then, through hindsight, discern what it felt like when your intuition led you to something that ultimately worked out, and what it felt like when it led to something that you canât get to, except with having focus and the ability to make choices and decisions, to build the next stage of your life, to follow through to completion and to follow through all the thresholds that will otherwise tempt you to lose focus, to start something different, or to do multiple things at once.
If you experience all of these, of course you know youâre not alone. Itâs one of the most common complaints and challenges.

I'm really excited to be talking about this particular topic today, Prove It! - The Path to Mastering Manifestation in any area.
I know that is a bold statement but this comes from a scriptural or biblical quote which says, Prove me now in this saith the Lord and I will open up the windows of heaven and pour forth a blessing too big to receive.
So whatever teaching you studied, if you can get beyond the dogma and the doctrine, there are perennial principles that, when you understand them, apply and practice them, there is no particular one path fits all. There's a principle and then there's unlimited ways to express it. So the principle of proving it as I have spoken some other trainings is that there are principles to life, and ultimately they are all here everywhere expressing theyâre not unfolding or evolving.
Life in its true nature does not evolve, life experience what we called evolution is the unfoldment of that which was first involuted. There is an underlying idea or principle or pattern. So the ability to fly planes existed during the time of Buddha. But somebody had to come along and discover the principle and begin to create a structure that could work in harmony with it and when they did we had flight.

What weâre talking about in this moment is birthing your best self, how to shine like the North Star no matter how dark it is. This is really, of course, talking about it in the season of the birth of the Christ consciousness. This is about a term that I called endogenous, and the thing is that we are endogenous.
Unlike an acorn, which is a metaphor I use a lot, or any seed in nature which is indigenous, meaning that it's ability to grow and unfold and produce what it needs and to thrive, has a lot to do with its external environment. You are endogenous, which means that everything you need to fertilize the soil of your soul, to activate the potential within you and to give birth to it is all within you. It doesnât really require any particular external situation.
Now, you can cultivate external conditions to support you, but lacking any external condition, you still have the full and entire capacity to manifest your potential. This is one of those things that youâve heard me say many, many times if not others, but what is it really mean to live it? That indeed within you is everything that you need, within you is your fully franchised, self-contained, infinite individualized expression of life. Complete, whole, nothing is lacking, nothing is missing and nothing can get in to diminish it or disrupt it, and there is really no in or out because youâre infinite.

Our no actually allow us to set healthy boundaries. The lack of having a clear no blocks our ability to ultimately allow life to organically, spontaneously unfold through us.
Where are you using your energy saying yes to too many people, places, things, and where you can begin to say no, so that you can say yes to those things that are going to move the dial in terms of your big vision, and that really matter most to you?

Today weâre talking about one of my favorite, favorite topics lately, that I have had so many insights and distinctions around, and that is 'Getting to your yes â the only thing you need to succeed.'
The more I think about this, there are really only two things you ever need to do in order to move your life forward. That is to get clear on your yes and to say yes to your yes. Thatâs it. Itâs the only activity that there is, and itâs infinite.
Your yes shows up as a sincere burning desire, that thing trying to emerge as you. It is the evolutionary edge of your own being. It is the next version of your greatest vision, knocking at the door of your consciousness trying to get out.
The question is, will you say yes to your life, so that yes is the emerging impulse?
