Build A Dad is a podcast about figuring out fatherhood in real time.
I’m a new dad to twin girls, and these are my thoughts, questions, stories, and lessons as I learn what it actually means to be a father.
Each episode is a short, honest conversation about whatever is on my mind—from raising daughters and setting a good example to relationships, responsibility, fears, mistakes, and the kind of person I want my children to grow up watching.
I’m not here because I have fatherhood figured out.
I’m here because I’m building the dad I want to become.

Perfect for kids who love: bedtime stories, story time, children's stories, kids adventure stories, and magical tales for preschoolers and young children.
Category: File this under "Kids & Family" — this is the standard category Spotify and Apple Podcasts use, and it's what determines whether you show up in kids-specific browsing/charts, so it's worth getting right rather than defaulting to something broader like "Stories" or "Arts."
Episode title formula — worth using this consistently, since individual episode titles are searched/indexed too, not just the show title:
Ep 1: Flo and the Dragon's Egg | Magical Flo Kids Story
Cover art specs (this trips a lot of people up): design at 3000×3000px, square, JPEG format, kept under 512KB file size — Apple Podcasts enforces this strictly even though you're publishing via Spotify, since most distributors push to both platforms from one asset. Bold, simple text and a clear character (Flo's face works well) reads better at the tiny thumbnail sizes podcast art actually gets seen at.
One thing worth deciding now: since your show name has a 100-character limit on Spotify, and you'll want each episode title to also carry good keywords, it's worth keeping the show title itself fairly lean (like above) and letting each episode's individual title do more of the specific-keyword work — that way you're not trying to cram everything into one title field.

Good to know — let's tweak the description slightly so it reflects both, rather than reading as pure narration:

A cowboy outlaw whose youthful daring has never been equalled in the annals of criminal history. When a bullet pierced his heart he was less than twenty-two years of age, and had killed twenty-one men, Indians not included. The author feels that he is capable of writing a true and unvarnished history of "Billy the Kid," as he was personally acquainted with him, and assisted in his capture, by furnishing Sheriff Pat Garrett with three of his fighting cowboys--Jas. H. East, Lee Hall and Lon Chambers. The facts set down in this narrative were gotten from the lips of "Billy the Kid," himself, and from such men as Pat Garrett, John W. Poe, Kip McKinnie, Charlie Wall, the Coe Brothers, Tom O'Phalliard, Henry Brown, John Middleton, Martin Chavez, and Ash Upson. All these men took an active part, for or against, the "Kid." Ash Upson had known him from childhood, and was considered one of the family, for several years, in his mother's home.Other facts were gained from the lips of Mrs. Charlie Bowdre, who kept "Billy the Kid," hid out at her home in Fort Sumner, New Mexico, after he had killed his two guards and escaped. A show about the women who do all the things. "The Thing Doers" podcast is everyday women from different life stages not only juggling life's daily madness but sharing funny, opinionated, and unapologetically sarcastic takes on, well, everything.
From dissecting the latest news to sharing personal anecdotes, we're here to prove that strong opinions, laughter, and a pinch of sarcasm make the perfect recipe for an entertaining podcast.
We'll dive into the usual struggles of being Thing Doers – from conquering overflowing laundry baskets to debating the latest pop culture trends to the absurdity of adulting and keeping the other humans in our homes alive. -
A weekly podcast with Emily and Josh called Emily Josh Pod, about the stuff that happens each week. This is the worst description I can imagine. Man, I hate writing descriptions. You know what would be better than this?
"I'd never given much thought to how I would die — though I'd had reason enough in the last few months — but even if I had, I would not have imagined it like this. I stared without breathing across the long room, into the dark eyes of the hunter, and he looked pleasantly back at me. Surely it was a good way to die, in the place of someone else, someone I loved. Noble, even. That ought to count for something. I knew that if I'd never gone to Forks, I wouldn't be facing death now. But, terrified as I was, I couldn't bring myself to regret the decision. When life offers you a dream so far beyond any of your expectations, it's not reasonable to grieve when it comes to an end. The hunter smiled in a friendly way as he sauntered forward to kill me."
There, that's much better.

Do you feel constant pressure as a SAHM or homeschooling mom who feels “on” 24/7?
Is it hard for you to prioritize your own well-being because you’re carrying the mental and emotional load for everyone?
Is chronic stress causing anxiety, exhaustion, or even making you wonder if you’re failing God or your family—and are you finally ready to break free so you can enjoy life AND be present?
I’m so glad you’re here!
This podcast will help you get the stress relief you need, so you can break free from chronic stress and learn how to rest in a way that honors God, flourishing and becoming the peaceful, confident, and present mom you long to be.
Hi! I’m Lisa. A mom, wife, and follower of Jesus. When my kids were young, I got stuck in a cycle of chronic stress, and I didn’t know how to get out. I was giving everyone my all… all the time, struggling under the pressure to keep it all going. I truly believed it all depended on me. I just kept trying harder to get things under control and figure out how to get it all done. And for me, the constant stress even impacted my health.
But with God’s help, I finally realized that if I was going to be a healthy, present mom for my kids, I needed to live differently. I needed to stop living in survival mode and learn how to rest—without guilt, fear, or striving.
By creating simple, faith-centered healthy habits that I could maintain through every season of motherhood, I was able to overcome chronic stress and live a life grounded in Jesus’s rest. I learned how to live and love my family from a place of peace instead of pressure—and be the mom my kids truly needed.
And now I’m ready to share everything I’ve learned with you!
If you are ready to finally be the present mom YOU desire to be…
Have confidence that your kids are getting what they need…
Learn how to stop carrying everything alone and start stewarding your time, energy, and marriage with God’s help…
And do it all from a place of rest and peace—this podcast is for you!
So settle into your favorite comfy chair and grab your Bible! It’s time to get PRESENT.
