    Welcome to ILIAMH.

  • Motherhood Relabelled is not your traditional parenting podcast. In fact, it’s a non-parenting podcast for all parents who don’t let the “parenthood label” hold them back. It’s for those who think that parenthood is a part of us, but not the only thing that defines us. Travelling with kids? Sure! Starting a business with kids? Absolutely! Feeling the fittest and strongest you’ve ever felt with kids? Most certainly! This podcast is your weekly dose of making yourself and your own goals a priority! Tania & Vanessa talk about their own journeys, and struggles, of redefining themselves after becoming mums to two lovely boys. They will talk about how they juggle motherhood, business, relationships, fitness, self care, mental health and much more. They will also invite guest speakers, experts and other parents who are well and truly relabelling motherhood, or parenthood, by stepping out of their comfort zones to work on their own goals. This podcast is sort of an unofficial "therapy tool" too, to help them (and hopefully you) become the best version of themselves and therefore the best possible parent, partner and friend.

  • Welcome to Raising Relationships. Like you, we know the realities facing early childhood educators, parents advocates and children. And let's be honest, being in this world as an educator, admin or parent or child, it's not always easy. Many people just don't understand the pressures, the heavy weight of responsibility or situations we come up against daily in child care and education centers across the state of South Carolina. This show aims to open up that dialogue and offer support, encouragement and moments of mindfulness.

  • Welcome to "The Touched Out Podcast," where your host, Carter, explores the journey of parenthood from expecting parent to veteran parent. Each episode features a new guest who shares their experiences, struggles, and victories as they navigate the ups and downs of parenting.

The podcast is an open and judgement-free space where I have honest conversations about the challenges of being a parent. I believe that parenthood is a journey that never truly ends, and that mental health is a vital aspect of that journey. Guests share their insights and offer advice to help other parents cope with the stresses and emotions that come with raising a child.

The phrase "Touched Out"  reflects the feeling of overwhelm that many parents experience when their children constantly demand their attention. I understand that parenting can be exhausting and emotionally draining, and I want to provide a safe space where guests and listeners can share their experiences without fear of judgement.

My Guests come from all walks of life and share a variety of perspectives on parenthood. Some talk about their experiences with postpartum depression, while others discuss the challenges of managing work and family life. Each episode is a unique and personal story, and I hope that the listeners can find something to relate to in each conversation.

This podcast is a safe space where parents can come together and share their experiences. I believe that by talking openly about our struggles and emotions, we can help to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and create a more supportive and understanding community.

So if you're an expecting or veteran parent, or just someone interested in learning more about the mental health aspects of parenting, tune in to "The Touched Out Podcast" for open and honest conversations about the challenges and joys of parenthood.
